As Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager and guide Brand Associates. You will manage store processes, strengthen sales performance, and represent POP MART’s brand and culture. Your work includes customer service, team development, merchandising, inventory, and event support.
Key Responsibilities: Manage Brand Associates, expectations, goals, and talent development
Act as manager on duty and deliver store results
Maintain clean, organized, protected store environments
Support marketing events, RoboShop operations, and business partners
Improve conversion, transaction metrics, and store sales trends
Requirements: More than two years of retail store leadership experience
Retail industry knowledge and customer engagement skills
Ethics, values, integrity, and trust
High School Diploma and age eighteen or older
Ability to lift merchandise and supplies up to fifty pounds
Apply retail leadership, customer service, sales metrics, and POP MART product knowledge across daily store operations.
