OCL Group Inc. is hiring an experienced supervisor for shovel maintenance, outage execution, and component replacement work. This position directs daily activities while enforcing OCL and client safety standards. Day or night shift flexibility is required during outage rotations.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise secure, productive shovel outage execution
Manage daily crew schedules and time reporting
Coordinate component replacements across shovel equipment
Conduct toolbox talks, JSAs, and FLHAs
Enforce OCL and client safety standards
Requirements: Inter-provincial Red Seal certification as HET or Millwright
JM Off Road or Millwright Ticket required
Three to five years of shovel maintenance experience
Mining equipment crew supervision or lead-hand experience
Required safety tickets, including CSTS/OSSA and WHMIS 2015
Combine heavy equipment credentials, outage coordination, and safety oversight to supervise dependable shovel maintenance crews for OCL Group Inc.
