At TLC Laser Eye Centre, an affiliated entity of Vision Group, you will prepare operating rooms, support surgeons, and reassure patients. You will become a specialist in procedure tools and technologies while coordinating interventions with the clinic team. In-house training supports your learning.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare operating rooms and tools before procedures
Support surgeons during intraocular and LASIK procedures
Reassure patients through explicit, supportive communication
Coordinate and support each intervention with the team
Work precisely while standing in the operating room
Requirements: Excellent English communication skills
Ability to build trust quickly with others
Sense of responsibility and serious approach
Comfort with computers, technology, and Microsoft 365
Healthcare experience considered an asset
