This Guest Services role combines overnight front desk service with nightly financial and operational reporting. You will manage guest inquiries, reconcile transactions, and help maintain seamless hotel operations while working independently. The position requires attention to detail, comfort with numbers, and professional communication.
Key Responsibilities: Handle overnight check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
Complete nightly audits and balance room revenue
Reconcile transactions and correct identified discrepancies
Prepare and distribute accurate end-of-day reports




Monitor reservations, wake-up calls, and guest communications
Requirements: High school diploma; hospitality training is an asset
One to two years of hospitality experience preferred
Solid attention to detail and comfort working with numbers
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Availability for overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
