Use dental knowledge and advanced customer service skills as a Provider Relations Representative supporting Alberta Blue Cross providers. This temporary role lasts 24 months.
As part of the Provider Relations Contact Centre, you will answer provider questions about benefit eligibility and claims. The work covers subscriber verification, plan maximums, prior approvals, and claim outcomes. You will research complex inquiries, use online adjudication systems, and maintain accurate call records.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to telephone inquiries from dental and healthcare providers
Verify claims through online adjudication systems
Record and forward provider feedback to managers
Support projects and analyses using Excel and Word




Log call details and assist with other duties
Requirements: Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Dental, medical, or pharmacy background is an asset
Familiarity with dental procedures or health procedures is an asset
Proven in-person or telephone customer service experience preferred
Robust listening, problem-solving, and organizational skills
