About the Role
Cariboo Dental is looking for a confident, organized, and experienced Dental Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator to join our team in Williams Lake, BC!

We are seeking a strong administrative professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care, maintaining an organized schedule, and supporting the daily operations of a busy dental practice.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of dental procedures, treatment planning, and dental terminology , allowing them to confidently communicate with patients, coordinate treatment appointments, and support the clinical team.

We value individuals who take initiative, communicate effectively, and understand the importance of creating a welcoming and positive experience for every patient.

No evenings! May require some Saturdays

Key Responsibilities
Welcome patients and provide excellent customer service

Manage calls, appointments, and daily scheduling

Coordinate treatment plans and appointment sequences

Explain treatment recommendations, costs, and insurance coverage

Process insurance claims, predeterminations, and payments

Prepare treatment estimates and financial arrangements

Follow up on outstanding and unscheduled treatment

Qualifications
Dental reception or treatment coordination experience preferred

Will also consider junior administrators

Strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology is a plus!

Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities

Confident discussing treatment costs with patients

Positive, reliable, team-oriented attitude
