Use electromechanical diagnostics and technical customer service to repair Arjo products at healthcare sites in Oshawa, Ontario.
Arjo is seeking a full time Field Service Technician to support equipment condition and mobility solutions onsite. This position schedules maintenance, performs repairs, supports installations, trains customer personnel, and assists with marketing Arjo equipment. Regular travel between customer sites is required.
Key Responsibilities: Perform electromechanical troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance
Schedule customer services at multiple healthcare facilities
Perform equipment uncrating and assembly services
Assist sales teams with joint calls and in-services
Travel to customer sites and maintain vehicle inventory
Requirements: Undergraduate technical degree or equivalent experience
Three years of field-based repair and maintenance experience
Three years of technical customer-facing service experience
Ability to promote and sell products and services
Regular travel capability, including overnight stays when necessary
Combine diagnostics, electromechanical repair, communication, and mobility-equipment knowledge as an Arjo Field Service Technician.
