Coordinate media bookings, vendor agreements, and investment reporting for Omnicom Media while working across agency, partner, and Finance stakeholders. This role supports Canadian digital media.
As a Media Investment Specialist, you will help manage investment activity from booking through documentation and reporting. Responsibilities span media orders, budgets, flight dates, approvals, vendor information, and deal details. You will also follow up on outstanding items supporting timely deliverables and partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Validate budgets, flight dates, approvals, vendors, and deal details
Monitor investment activity against commitments and agreements
Coordinate information between agencies, partners, Investments, and Finance




Follow up on outstanding booking and contract items
Maintain investment pacing reports and supporting documentation
Requirements: Two to five years in planning, buying, sales, or support
Familiarity with vendor agreements and partnership commitments
Experience managing reports, trackers, and large data sets
Advanced Excel skills and Mediaocean Prisma experience
Ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail
Use media coordination, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills to strengthen investment execution across Omnicom Media accounts.
