The Production Planning and Inventory Analyst assists engineering and operations with project work and materials. You will develop work orders, monitor stock levels, maintain material pricing, and generate bills of materials through the ERP system. The role supports greenhouse systems produced by Westbrook Systems, a Westbrook Group of Companies division.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate project resources with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Purchasing
Develop work orders using materials, resources, and schedules
Track material issues and labour ticket entries




Design PowerBI reports for operational decision-making
Communicate schedule delays or improvements to stakeholders
Requirements: Post-secondary diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology or equivalent experience
One to two years in a manufacturing environment
Experience with ERP systems
Scheduling or planning experience in manufacturing is an asset
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
