As an Estimator/Coordinator, you will assess damages, interpret requirements, and prepare bids aligned with industry standards, insurance guidelines, and client expectations. You will support residential, commercial, and insurance-related projects through detailed cost forecasting. Collaboration with Project Managers, field teams, adjusters, clients, and vendors keeps estimates connected to execution.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct site assessments covering scope, materials, labour, and timelines
Prepare detailed estimates for restoration and construction projects
Interpret drawings, specifications, and client requirements




Collaborate with Project Managers and field teams
Revise estimates following changes, adjustments, or feedback
Requirements: Three or more years estimating restoration or construction experience
Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry pricing
Ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications
Solid analytical, mathematical, organizational, and communication skills
Valid Class 5 licence and clean driver’s abstract
