This full-time Service Technician role combines in-house duties with mobile customer support. You will inspect, test, repair, and recertify safety-related equipment under manufacturer specifications and local standards. Responsibilities also include customer authorizations, service scheduling, portfolio growth, and detailed operational documentation.
Key Responsibilities: Complete customer equipment testing, repairs, and recertification
Arrange customer authorization for service work orders
Keep mobile unit stock at adequate levels
Update customer contacts and required-service schedules
Work with customers, Sales, and Management on portfolio growth
Requirements: Skilled and courteous customer service approach
Strong troubleshooting and attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills for schedules and records
Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing skills
Valid Class 5 license and periodic lifting capacity
