Key Responsibilities: Assist across funding activities to maintain smooth department operations
Prepare and send mortgage instructions to solicitors
Liaise with solicitors and True North Mortgage agents
Answer questions and help fund deals efficiently
Review solicitor documentation and funding conditions
Requirements: Fluent written and verbal English and French communication
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with Mortgage Funders
Intermediate Word, Excel, Outlook, and Slack skills
