Use IoT knowledge and network monitoring skills to detect device failures, data gaps, and connectivity issues within Wyse’s metering infrastructure.
As an IoT Network Monitoring Analyst, you will review system and device data for anomalies, incorrect configurations, and performance degradation. The role covers field devices including modems, gateways, repeaters, and sub-meters. You will coordinate responses, communicate resolutions, and help reduce service disruption.
Key Responsibilities: Review trends, error patterns, metrics, and alerts
Identify unresponsive devices and transmission problems
Verify alarms involving offline status and signal loss
Resolve technical problems reported by customers and teams




Escalate unresolved or high-impact incidents appropriately
Requirements: Two years of network operations, utilities, or technical support experience
Field Electrical, Communications, or IoT support experience preferred
Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent knowledge of Excel for data analysis
Ability to prioritize tasks in service-oriented environments
