Cintas seeks a Route Service Representative for its Rental Division. You will service and grow an existing customer base while delivering and collecting uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and facility service products. The position combines account management, route driving, physical work, and indoor/outdoor service.
Key Responsibilities: Drive established routes and service existing customer accounts
Build rapport with customer decision makers
Resolve concerns and maintain quality standards
Upsell products and negotiate service renewals
Control inventory and follow vehicle regulations
Requirements: Valid driver's license in positive standing
Meet provincial regulated-vehicle driving requirements
High school diploma, GED, or military service
Ability to meet physical requirements
