This Healthcare Service Advisor role sits within Aviva’s Healthcare Services team. You will ensure claim processes meet company guidelines, service levels, and quality standards. The position suits an advisor with required Accident Benefits experience, CIP credentials, and organized working habits.
Key Responsibilities: Handle claims according to knowledge, expertise, and authority
Resolve interpretations involving legislation and settlements
Coordinate independent medical examinations when appropriate
Maintain optimal claim processes within company guidelines
Participate actively in training and file clinic sessions
Requirements: Two-plus years of Accident Benefits claims handling required
Related college diploma or bachelor degree preferred
Large Loss experience preferred
CIP or working toward CIP required for licensing
Ability to learn and adapt to changing programs
Use your Accident Benefits expertise, legislative understanding, and communication skills to deliver equitable claim resolutions for Aviva customers.
