This Human Resources Administrator supports Human Resources Advisors throughout recruitment competitions and related administration. Responsibilities include preparing postings, organizing applications, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and completing reference checks. The position also coordinates onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare job postings, requisitions, interview packages, and recruitment materials
Organize applications and schedule interviews with candidates
Communicate with candidates and conduct reference checks
Track competitions, recruitment metrics, probation dates, and onboarding requirements




Coordinate employee departures and update related records and forms
Requirements: Diploma in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field
At least three years of related experience, preferably in a union environment
Robust verbal and written communication and customer service skills
Excellent administrative, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage confidential information and meet deadlines
Use recruitment coordination, onboarding administration, communication, and tracking skills to support accurate Human Resources operations.
