Momentum Financial Services Group seeks a Branch Manager for a hands-on leadership role. You will oversee lending, collections, customer transactions, staffing, and branch performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead customer transactions, questions, product education, and financial services sales
Drive branch sales targets, cross-selling, referrals, collections, and expense control
Maintain compliant customer files, applications, records, and account notes
Coach, schedule, train, evaluate,



and develop branch team members
Monitor cash handling, reconciliations, inventory, opening, and closing procedures
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent
At least one year of management or team leadership experience
Experience interviewing, hiring, coaching, training, and evaluating employees
Sales, retail finance, lending, collections, or non-prime services experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and English communication
