This Registered Nurse position supports patients of all ages and varied care complexity, helping them remain comfortable at home. You will build rapport, maintain professional records, and monitor care plans while travelling within the designated area. Required on-call coverage supports patient safety and care needs.
Key Responsibilities: Visit patients in various community care settings

Requirements: CNO registration as a Registered Nurse in good standing
Valid driver’s license and vehicle access required

After hours on-call availability required for patient needs
