The Production Shift Leader-Supervisor delivers manufacturing results by leading, engaging, and developing frontline employees. Daily priorities include meeting targets, reducing downtime and waste, maintaining product quality, and addressing safety concerns. The position supports a cooperative workplace through clear, timely communication.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure required equipment, materials, supplies, and manpower
Lead teams toward production targets and results
Optimize equipment and processes for downtime performance




Address unsafe conditions and complete incident investigations
Communicate performance feedback and document actions
Requirements: Minimum five years’ experience in manufacturing
Minimum two years in Lead Hand or supervision
Good grasp of cycle counting and materials management
Knowledge of OSHA regulations, HACCP, and Food GMPs
Ability to inspire open, trusting communication
