You will oversee day-to-day operations for the Hope & Wellness and Unit 64 teams, guiding staff and collaborating with psychiatry partners to deliver recovery-oriented care.
Reporting to the Program Manager, you will drive program growth, change management, and continuous quality improvement while fostering staff development and cutting-edge practices
