Analyze healthcare finances at Oak Valley Health using financial modelling and statistical analysis. This primarily daytime, Monday-to-Friday role supports accurate reporting.
Financial Analysts provide program support to budget owners and stakeholders across Oak Valley Health. You will analyze financial performance, develop forecasts, and communicate evidence-based insights for decisions. The work includes healthcare reporting standards, funding methodologies, and complex data sources.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare monthly program-level financial results and variance analysis
Develop forecasts, models, scenarios, and operational insights
Use statistical data and benchmarking to assess performance
Support operating and capital budgets with status reporting
Prepare stakeholder presentations,



Ministry submissions, and reconciliations
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, or accounting
Chartered Professional Accountant designation preferred or in progress
Three to five years in a complex healthcare workplace
Knowledge of Ontario Healthcare Reporting Standards and Management Information System Standards
Ability to communicate complex financial and statistical information clearly
Apply financial modelling, healthcare reporting, and stakeholder communication skills as an Oak Valley Health Financial Analyst.
