Key Responsibilities: Train colleagues and managers on brand standards and processes
Conduct store visits and analyze department performance
Coach teams on visual merchandise presentation and placement
Develop action plans for performance and procedure gaps
Deliver merchandising workshops and follow up on initiatives
Requirements: Operational experience as an apparel specialist
Passion for the business and colleague development
Ability to build accountability and drive results
Solid collaboration with Business units and Operations
Willingness to spend approximately 80% of time at stores
Bring operational experience, coaching ability, and merchandising expertise to strengthen Joe Fresh standards across assigned stores.
