The job-share position supports quality care through assessment, implementation, monitoring, patient education, and family support. You will work within nursing processes, professional licensure, and HPHA policies.
Key Responsibilities: Assess and identify inpatient care needs
Implement and monitor patients’ medical plans
Coordinate quality patient care within the interdisciplinary team
Provide education, advice, and support to families
Follow nursing processes and HPHA policies
Requirements: Recognized nursing degree or diploma
Current College of Nurses of Ontario registration
Basic Life Support certificate
Ability to manage mixed inpatient caseloads
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Apply inpatient assessment, care coordination, communication, and clinical planning skills within HPHA’s St. Marys hospital team.
