This Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse role provides skilled client care under registered nurse supervision. You will follow individualized care plans, complete assessments, administer treatments, and document medication actions. Your work supports clients managing medical illnesses and age-related complications.
Key Responsibilities: Follow each client’s established plan of care
Provide direct patient care and treatments
Assess clients on an ongoing basis
Document care and medication actions accurately
Perform procedures within provincial scope of practice
Requirements: Active LPN license required
CPR certification
Strong clinical care capabilities
Negative TB test or chest X-ray
Excellent customer service skills
Support positive client care outcomes through skilled assessments, treatments, documentation, and team-oriented home nursing practice.
