This full-time solo pastor will guide spiritual health, growth, and outward ministry. The position requires biblical teaching, pastoral care, worship planning, and organizational leadership. You will partner with Council toward a unified vision for the church’s future.
Key Responsibilities: Preach biblical, relevant sermons for varied Christian maturity
Teach profession of faith and current-member classes
Provide spiritual direction and pastoral care
Plan and deliver Sunday worship services
Represent the congregation throughout Transcona
Requirements: Love for the Lord and pastoral ministry calling
Passion for understanding and teaching God’s Word
Ability to build relationships across every generation
Ordained or ordainable through a Reformed denomination
Affirmation of historic Reformed confessions
Bring biblical communication, pastoral compassion, and steady leadership to Transcona Christian Reformed Church’s congregation and community ministry.
