Covenant Care seeks a reliable Maintenance Worker to manage daily site needs and maintain a comfortable environment for residents. You will operate building systems, complete preventative maintenance, and handle minor drywall, painting, plumbing, and electrical work. The position reports to the Site Administrator and requires collaborative working relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Operate the building and complete general preventative maintenance
Perform water temperature checks
Maintain HVAC and water heating equipment
Complete minor repairs, renovations, painting, plumbing, and electrical work




Maintain online records and support grounds keeping
Requirements: Class 5 building operator or boiler ticket
Fifth Class Power Engineering Ticket, or obtain one within six months
Maintenance background with reliable, motivated approach
Cooperative working style and effective relationship building
Ability to lift approximately 35 pounds and perform trades work
Apply your building operations, equipment maintenance, and repair experience while supporting Covenant Care residents and site safety.
