Provide community nursing care as a Registered Practical Nurse at Centretown CHC, using clinical assessment and client-centred practice. This is a full-time, permanent position.
The RPN supports clients, families, and groups through an interdisciplinary primary care team. The role applies trauma-informed and harm reduction approaches while recognizing social determinants of health. It also includes infection prevention, examination room readiness, instrument reprocessing, and stock maintenance.
Key Responsibilities: Provide nursing care within the registered practical nursing scope
Promote client health in the community served by CCHC
Apply trauma-informed and harm reduction approaches
Maintain infection prevention and control practices




Reprocess instruments and maintain examination room readiness
Requirements: Registered Practical Nursing diploma and Ontario registration eligibility
At least three years of recent related nursing experience
Robust clinical assessment and medical reprocessing knowledge
Accurate charting and electronic medical records proficiency
Effective English and French communication skills
