Analyze business processes and build Microsoft 365 solutions as Alfa Laval’s primarily office-based Business Improvement Analyst. Use data to make work more efficient.
This analyst role supports continuous improvement, process development, and digital transformation across Alfa Laval Canada. You will interview teams, map processes, analyze performance data, and help colleagues adopt changes. The work connects order fulfilment, finance, sales, logistics, and operations.
Key Responsibilities: Interview stakeholders and identify process pain points
Gather baseline data on errors, rework, and handoffs
Create current-state and future-state process maps
Design workflows, forms, sites, and automations in Microsoft 365
Build reports tracking KPIs, adoption, and improvement results
Requirements: Degree or diploma in business, IT, or equivalent experience
Two to three years in analyst, operations, or process improvement work
SharePoint and Microsoft 365 experience
Robust Excel and data analysis skills
Process mapping experience using Visio, Miro, Lucidchart, or similar
Apply process mapping, data analysis, and Microsoft 365 skills to improve how Alfa Laval Canada works across departments.
