Shape young-player development as a Mentor Coach with Mississauga United FC, using coaching expertise and clear communication. Part time evenings and weekends.
This experienced Mentor Coach supports U8, U9 and U10 teams, Future Stars, and Super Girls programs. You will mentor coaches, develop progressive curricula, and create practical sessions. The work combines player development, coach education, observation, and collaborative support.
Key Responsibilities: Develop age-appropriate seasonal plans and progressive training sessions
Create diagrams, activity instructions, coaching points, and progressions
Mentor coaches through observation, demonstrations, and constructive feedback
Lead selected sessions and model effective coaching methods




Observe games and training, recommending development adjustments
Requirements: Minimum C Licence, including UEFA C or equivalent
CONCACAF B or UEFA B preferred
Experience developing foundational and early competitive players
Experience mentoring coaches and developing structured curricula
Evening training and selected weekend game availability
Bring player-development knowledge, coach mentoring, and communication skills to Mississauga United FC’s growing soccer programs.
