Develop recent business for Motion Industries through cold calling, networking, and account expansion while supporting industrial customers. Travel is required.
As an Account Representative I, you will build or expand a book of business and convert competitors’ accounts. The work combines lead generation, customized quoting, sales presentations, and customer contact. You will also coordinate vendor resources and assist with customer concerns on site.
Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through directories, internet sites, networking, and cold calling
Expand assigned medium-sized accounts into large accounts
Maintain customer satisfaction through regular face-to-face contact
Coordinate vendor resources supporting customer relationships and sales




Assist with on-site troubleshooting of customer concerns
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination typically required
Zero to two years of experience typically expected
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales best practices
Ability to take initiative with limited direction
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Use initiative, sales expertise, and customer relationship skills to develop industrial business and support Motion Industries customers.
