The BC Public Service seeks a regular full time Client Service Worker for the Service Delivery Division. You will provide administrative and client service support while working with computer applications including MS Word, Outlook, and Excel. Services may involve citizens experiencing poverty issues, substance use, or mental health issues.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to public inquiries about income and disability services
Provide administrative support to the work unit
Deliver in-person services in the Community Services Branch
Use computer programs across a wide range of tasks




Work closely with Client Service Workers and Employment and Assistance Workers
Requirements: Secondary school graduation or equivalent
High-volume client service experience in person, virtually, or by telephone
Experience using MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
Experience serving clients experiencing poverty, substance use, or mental health issues
Willingness to demonstrate empathy and use de-escalation techniques
Bring client service, administrative support, and computer application experience to the BC Public Service in Chilliwack.
