As a Customer Service Representative, you will deliver customer service while handling calls, addressing needs, and maintaining positive rapport. Your work includes processing transactions, explaining products and services, offering recommendations, and assisting with website navigation. Key Responsibilities: Process customer transactions accurately by telephone

Requirements: Previous customer service experience and excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic mathematics
English reading and speaking ability with bilingual French skills
