As a Civil Estimator, you will develop budgets for heavy civil work, including earthworks, underground utilities, infrastructure, and concrete. The position involves multiple contract types and detailed coordination with subcontractors and suppliers. You will support value engineering while maintaining estimating information and identifying bid risks.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate, detailed budgets and project estimates
Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents
Estimate earthworks, underground utilities, infrastructure, and concrete




Coordinate and review subcontractor and supplier quotations
Maintain labour rates, pricing, and historical project costs
Requirements: Construction degree, diploma, or equivalent technical experience
Two to five years of civil estimating experience
Earthworks and underground estimating experience
Knowledge of estimating strategies and construction contracts
Experience creating conceptual budgets and using Bid2Win
Use civil estimating, Bid2Win, and heavy construction knowledge to support accurate bids for PME Inc. and EllisDon projects.
