Serve TD Canada Trust customers in Recent Liskeard as a Personal Banking Associate Trainee, using customer service and banking knowledge. This is a 37.5-hour role.
You will support Personal & Commercial Banking customers with everyday advice, service transactions, digital education, and financial queries. The trainee position involves guiding customers toward appropriate banking solutions, building relationships, and supporting branch operations. Training and onboarding are provided, with mobility required within the Assigned District after training.
Key Responsibilities: Engage customers in advice needs and service transactions
Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
Guide customers toward appropriate contacts and banking solutions




Support scheduled cash and non-cash frontline transactions
Complete accurate processes and documentation under regulations
Requirements: High School diploma or one-plus years of relevant experience
Complete IFC or equivalent within 90 days
Post-secondary or undergraduate degree preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
Strong communication, organization, planning, and time management skills
Build customer relationships through banking advice, digital education, and branch support as a TD Personal Banking Associate Trainee.
