As an experienced Claims Examiner, you will manage a large caseload while processing diverse travel insurance claims and inquiries. You will work with claimants, providers, agents, brokers, insurers, and internal departments. Success requires organization, time management, accurate documentation, and effective dispute resolution.
Key Responsibilities: Manage claim files and meet tight processing deadlines
Work with claimants, providers, agents, brokers, and carriers
Coordinate with internal departments on daily claim matters
Provide guidance and mentorship to peers
Support department initiatives and objectives
Requirements: Relevant travel or medical claims processing experience
Minimum two to three years of experience
Experience with dispute resolution and subrogation
Strong time management and organizational skills
High school diploma, university degree, or equivalent
Use claims experience, organized case management, and policy expertise to support accurate decisions and effective collaboration at MSH.
