Key Responsibilities: Sharpen profile and straight heads for production tooling
Sharpen circular cutter heads and saw blades
Retip saw blades when required
Set up and maintain tooling throughout the plant
Prepare templates and knives for manufacturing needs
Requirements: Communicate effectively in oral and written English
Read safety, operating, and maintenance instructions
Demonstrate detailed orientation and precision accuracy
Apply basic math and computer skills
Work independently with limited supervision
