Key Responsibilities: Provide legal guidance on sustainability commitments and disclosures
Advise on supplier requirements and regulatory developments
Support supply chain transformation and new market expansion




Partner on responsible sourcing and compliance efforts
Explain legal concepts to non-legal audiences
Requirements: Recognized J.D. or LL.B. qualification
Good standing with a Canadian or US law society
Five-plus years of legal experience
Strong judgment balancing risk and business objectives
Ability to independently manage competing priorities
Use sustainability, commercial agreement, and supply chain experience to advise cross-functional stakeholders as Vancouver-based hybrid counsel.
