As an Operations Coordinator, you will support shipping, receiving, inventory management, customer pickups, and delivery issue resolution. The role combines package scanning, sorting, documentation, data entry, and customer communication. You will also help maintain operational efficiency and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: Unload trailers and verify freight against manifests
Scan, sort, and process packages, returns, and defective items
Support shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management
Resolve delivery issues according to standard operating procedures




Prepare reports, documentation, labels, and accurate records
Requirements: Ability to perform required warehouse operations and data entry
Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols
Ability to respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
Ability to maintain clean, organized, hazard-free work areas
Willingness to complete supervisor-assigned tasks as required
Support reliable package flow through scanning, dispatch coordination, documentation, customer service, and operational records.
