As an Auto Insurance Trainee, you will promote ICBC and private insurance products while delivering customer-focused service. The role suits a self-starter who is confident, organized, accountable, and motivated by performance goals. HUB provides full training and support to help you earn your Level 1 General Insurance License within your first 30 days. You will also work with teammates and auto dealership partners while handling varied branch activities. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a Level 1 Insurance License is an asset but not required.
Key Responsibilities: Build relationships with clients, teammates, and dealership partners




Sell ICBC and private insurance products against performance targets
Process renewals, plates, transfers, cancellations, and debt payments
Upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products
Answer calls and manage branch administrative tasks
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
Solid drive to exceed sales and performance goals
Confident, outgoing, customer-first approach
Organized, detail-oriented multitasking ability
Level 1 Insurance License considered an asset
Develop auto insurance sales, client service, and transaction-processing skills while pursuing licensing support through HUB.
