This Registered Early Childhood Educator supports children in a values-based program. The work includes developmentally appropriate programming, positive behaviour guidance, and inclusive care. You will build relationships with children and families while meeting regulatory, health, safety, and documentation requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and evaluate age-appropriate programs
Observe children and document learning and development
Support cognitive, language, social, emotional, creative, and physical development




Administer medication and procedures according to requirements
Build collaborative partnerships with families and community resources
Requirements: ECE Diploma and registration in positive standing
Knowledge of the Child Care and Early Years Act
Standard First Aid and Level C CPR
Minimum one year of related experience
Criminal Reference Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
Bring inclusive programming, child development, family communication, and safety knowledge to The Salvation Army’s early learning services.
