Vision Transportation in Mississauga is seeking a Rates Coordinator to support the rates team by ensuring customer charges match established rate agreements. This full-time, in office role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with responsibilities spanning billing and administration to maintain accurate pricing and records.
You will review invoices, determine tariff applicability, verify weights and charges, and collaborate with Dispatch to resolve discrepancies.
