Coordinate inventory accuracy and warehouse flow at Peterbilt Pacific, using ERP systems, shipping knowledge, and detailed receiving practices. This position supports warehouse operations.
The Warehouse Coordinator manages materials, products, and information across the operation. You will support shipping, receiving, inventory control, purchasing coordination, vendor communications, and core returns. The work includes system transactions, stock monitoring, and documentation while maintaining organized warehouse practices.
Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and verify shipments against purchase orders
Maintain inventory records within ERP or WMS systems
Perform cycle counts and investigate inventory variances
Monitor stock levels and identify shortages or excess
Maintain safe, clean, and organized warehouse conditions
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required
Two to five years of relevant warehouse experience
Experience with ERP or inventory management systems
Robust attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Bring inventory control, warehouse organization, and analytical problem-solving skills to Peterbilt Pacific’s material flow operations.
