This supervisor oversees daily Shipping/Receiving team operations and supports a small team. The work includes receiving inspections, distribution coordination, invoice tracking, and inventory accuracy. The position also supports vending restocking, cash collection, safety, cleanliness, and productive operations.
Key Responsibilities: Inspect deliveries for quality, shortages, and damage
Maintain secure, clean, organized storerooms and loading docks
Coordinate product distribution across food and beverage outlets
Track invoices, receipts, and inventory accurately
Lead, support, and train team members as needed
Requirements: Shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations experience
Supervisory experience considered an asset
Strong organization, detail attention, and time management
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
Valid driver’s license and flexible weekend availability
