Support clients across Niagara Region as a part-time Social Worker using assessment, treatment planning, and collaborative care skills. Work occurs in residential or institutional settings.
ParaMed seeks a Social Worker to address psychosocial, physical, and mental health-related concerns for clients and families. You will support pediatric in-home or school services and adults with medical or health concerns. Referrals may come from agencies, employers, insurers, or private payees.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments addressing financial, accommodation, legal, and mental health barriers
Design treatment plans using evidence-based information and clinical expertise
Collaborate with government, healthcare, and community resources




Advocate for clients and families facing complex health situations
Maintain records and communicate findings, treatments, and progress
Requirements: Social Work degree and provincial registration or licensing
Minimum two years practicing as a Social Worker
Knowledge of applicable mental health and healthcare legislation
Robust communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Current First Aid and CPR certification and clear VPS
Bring clinical assessment, advocacy, and community resource knowledge to ParaMed’s part-time Social Worker position in Niagara Region.
