Reporting to Principal Simone Gravesande, the Head is a senior team member responsible for advancement, alumni, and community relations. The role develops philanthropy with current and prospective donors, creates an advancement plan, and partners with the Board’s Advancement Committee. It also fosters community among students, parents, alumni, faculty, and staff while developing partnerships and representing the School.

Requirements: Fundraising experience, ideally within campaigns or educational advancement
Experience cultivating donor relationships
Knowledge of charity regulations and CRA guidelines
Undergraduate degree from a recognized institution
Commitment to diversity, sustainability, and inclusion
