As a Server, you will provide prompt service in Chartwell’s dining environment. You will take food and beverage orders, prepare the dining room, and respond carefully to residents’ preferences. The role also requires organization, cleanliness, and communication while supporting safe, efficient service.
Key Responsibilities: Take and deliver tableside food and beverage orders
Provide prompt, friendly service to residents and guests
Prepare dining rooms according to Chartwell standards
Transparent tables and maintain cleanliness throughout service
Attend to residents’ preferences with care and attentiveness
Requirements: Server experience
Secondary school diploma or equivalent
Food Handler Certification or willingness to obtain
Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
Ability to stand, lift, and handle service equipment
Bring organized service, thoughtful communication, and dining room care to Chartwell’s resident and guest experience.
