This interview position supports courier operations without an assigned regular route. You will perform a minimum of 15 routes, provide coverage for absent couriers, and model leadership through mentoring, communication, conflict resolution, and Best Practices methods.
Key Responsibilities: Operate company vehicles for package deliveries and pickups
Perform courier duties across a minimum of 15 routes
Provide coverage for open routes when couriers are absent
Mentor hourly employees and demonstrate role model behaviour
Promote continued sales and potential incremental revenue
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
Six months of previous Courier experience
Valid driver's licence and good driving record
Ability to lift 70 pounds and maneuver 150-pound packages
Excellent customer relations, communication, and organizational skills
Bring courier experience, route flexibility, leadership, and customer communication to FedEx package delivery operations.
