This position manages condominium association and non-profit organization accounts while supporting entrepreneur clients contacting Flex Business. You will deepen knowledge of these organizations’ economic, financial, and operational realities. Collaboration with Bank specialists and subsidiaries supports client needs and portfolio growth.
Key Responsibilities: Advise associations on financing and deposit requirements
Support entrepreneur clients and partner referrals
Develop lasting client and centre-of-influence relationships




Create synergies with Bank and subsidiary specialists
Expand professional networks through market activities
Requirements: Degree or university certificate in an applicable field
At least two years in commercial credit
Proven experience developing business opportunities
Condominium association knowledge considered an asset
French and English required for regular client service
Bring commercial banking knowledge, client focus, and negotiation skills to condominium associations and non-profit organizations.
