This position manages Signode's full accounts payable cycle across multiple business units. You will perform three-way invoice matching, maintain vendors, process payments, and support the AP shared services team. The role also connects Signode departments with external vendors while following established controls.
Key Responsibilities: Enter inventory, non-inventory, utility, and lease invoices
Process AP payments across multiple ERP systems
Maintain vendors according to company policy
Follow up with vendors and buyers on issues
Support projects and scope expansion for the AP team
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required
One year of manufacturing accounts payable experience
Intermediate Excel and proficient MS Office skills
Knowledge of an ERP system
Familiarity with Canadian taxes and SOX compliance
Bring detail-oriented AP processing, ERP knowledge, and vendor communication skills to Signode's manufacturing finance operations.
