Produce virtual advisor programs for Manulife’s national Sales Enablement teams, combining event operations, stakeholder coordination, and technical production in hybrid Toronto work.
As a Program and Events Producer, you will manage delivery from intake through post-event evaluation. Your work supports Insurance and Guaranteed Wealth Solutions sales teams through webinars, education programs, onboarding activities, and national initiatives. You will coordinate contributors, manage changing requirements, and improve execution using operational insights.
Key Responsibilities: Set up CVENT registrations and Microsoft Teams virtual event delivery
Coordinate speakers, approvals, audience targeting, communications, and technical production
Use Zoom and Adobe Premiere for virtual delivery and video editing
Support email development and targeting through Salesforce,



Marketing Cloud, and Stensul
Investigate delivery issues and recommend practical courses of action
Requirements: Four or more years of event production, program operations, or related experience
Experience leading small projects or work streams independently
Proficiency with CVENT, Zoom, Teams Webinar or Broadcast, and Adobe Premiere
Advanced Excel skills for reporting, tracking, and trend analysis
Ability to guide stakeholders without formal authority
Bring virtual event production, digital communications, and practical problem solving to advisor programs supporting Manulife’s Canadian sales teams.
